Microsoft Dynamics GP is licensed per concurrent user. This means you will need a user license for each person that will be in the system at the same time. For example, if you only have three user licenses then only three people can be in the system at once. Additionally, you can purchase limited user licenses (concurrent) that have read only access or self-serve licenses (named user) for users who perform minimal tasks like entering their time and expenses.
